The Enterprise Centre is situated at Deerpark West; Ennistymon offers prime office space and light industrial units and purpose built meeting and training rooms. Individual units with total floor space area c. 600 sq ft and c. 1200 sq ft are available for immediate rental. This is a prime opportunity for an existing business looking to relocate or for starting a new business; these units provide an excellent environment from which to operate.

A unique feature of the centre is the communal area where tenants can meet informally and share business knowledge.  The communal area includes such facilities as a kitchen and dining area, meeting/training rooms and the use of office equipment all at the tenant’s disposal.  Networking amongst the companies based in the centre encourages and is recognised as a very valuable sales tool, particularly in the current economic climate.
